Why Yoga ?

Yoga practiced in a heated studio creates an ideal environment for stretching muscle and detoxifying the lymphatic system. The poses create strength and the moves which connect the poses keep the fascia smooth. Yoga is a practice which you can take with you throughout your life, it is appropriate for any age, ability or fitness level. It is a compliment to those involved in other sports, as well as a great way to refresh and calm the mind. The primary benefit of heated Yoga is to warm the body and which enables deeper stretching with less risk of injury....plus it just feel so good!

Cycling Benefits

It's easy to go on and on about the benefits of a spin class, the calorie burn, improve your cardio to develop a healthy heart, and build lean muscle definition. Suitable for all fitness levels, this community of riders pushes you to break through barriers and become stronger with each ride. Feel all the benefits as your mind becomes clearer and finally your rewarded with an endorphin rush!

Spinning is great way to enhance your mental health. The physical exertion becomes a catharsis for releasing pent-up emotions. Close your eyes and let the movement and music take you to another level where you can free your mind. 

When you ride some days are good and some days challenge you to the point you build mental toughness. Develops and fortifies a "can-do" attitude. Pushing through challenging parts of the workout creates mental self-discipline, improves self-control and builds confidence. Lets GO!!
